With backgrounds including American Express, Uniglobe and P&O and exemplary skills in communication, project management, negotiation and client services, our team are here to listen, advise and assist in every way. As well as their professional qualifications and experience, they are also personally well travelled and understand the attention to detail involved in successfully delivering your requirements, priding themselves on offering the personal service, time and flexibility that larger agents so often lack.

Anna Roberto

At the helm is born and bred Londoner, Anna Roberto (‘Bertie’) who founded Bertie Travel in 2007. Anna's career in travel started in 1993 at Uniglobe Total Travel. She went on to spend six years as a key member of the rail, flight and hotels team at Portman Travel, before going freelance and honing her skills at a number of high profile corporate and travel companies. With numerous awards (see below) under her belt in deserved recognition for her work, Anna's attention to detail and genuine care for her clients provides a sound basis for the trust and respect with which Bertie Travel is regarded, by clients and partners alike. Aside from all the hard work, Anna still finds time to keep up her fluent Italian and pursue her personal passion for travel as well as participating in marathons globally to raise money for the Macmillan Cancer Research Trust — a charity close to her heart.
